Looking for an Italian Executive Chef

I'm looking for an an Italian Executive Chef with high quality experience to succeed on the start-up project of a new fine cuisine restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

An stand alone restaurant with 138 seating capacity in two floors and a 180 sq. meters kitchen. Focusing on modern hospitality techniques and using the highest quality ingredients, the restaurant is brings a concept of Oriental/Occidental Seafood restaurant.

Requirements:

Hotel and Management Education in any Institute culinary specialized.
10 years field experience with 3 to 4 years as an Executive Chef.
Experience in Mediterranean and Continental Food Cuisine: Nouvelle Cuisine presentation type.
Solid background of HACCP
Specialized in sea food culinary.
Good knowledge of English in order to communicate to and instruct all the restaurant staff


Wage and Benefits:
Interesting salary package, accomodation, transportation, 2 round trip flights back to Italy per year.
